5. Product Warranty

Customers may request a product exchange if the item received does not match the product description, differs significantly from the product images, or if the company delivers an incorrect model or color from what was specified in the order.

In such cases, the company is pleased to accept returns or exchanges and will be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item.


6. Returns

In the event that a product is damaged due to broken or torn packaging, resulting in damage to the item inside, customers may request a return.
Please send clear photos of the damaged packaging and product to info@allseasonstudio.com.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.


7. Exchanges

If a product is damaged due to broken or torn packaging, customers may request an exchange.
The customer must return the damaged product to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship a replacement. In this case, the company will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
